Effective when there is little time to perform maintenance work or when there are restrictions on the use of adhesives.
* Adhesive is used for D gaskets, E gaskets, and distance piece gaskets.
* Some heat transfer plates do not support slit-in gaskets.
Small holes Small holes that are opened in the portholes on heat transfer plates
Small model Models that are applicable for designs with small flow rates
(Examples: RX, LX, UX-10, LX-00)
Special hole plates One of the hole opening specifications for heat transfer plates
Refers to heat transfer plates other than those that have all portholes open (or all closed)
  • Four-hole plate Four-hole plate
  • Special hole plates Special hole plates
  • Blind plate Blind plate
Splash prevention cover
(Protective cover)
Cover (usually metal) to prevent fluid that is leaking from the heat transfer plates from splashing and to prevent contamination by flying objects in a certain environment
It covers the top and both sides of the heat transfer plates while the equipment is operating.
Sticking accordingly Selecting plate gaskets that are appropriate for each of the fluids flowing through the B side and A side, and sticking plate gaskets made of different materials to the appropriate location on the heat transfer plates
Stopper Structure or part that fixes one end of a tightening bolt
Stud bolts and nuts Bolts and nuts that are used to connect piping when using N, TN, and KN nozzles
