Multi Gap Plates

With multi gap plates, three different gaps can be formed by combining a single type of plate. The maximum plate gap of 20 [mm] is ideal for fluids containing solids.

Semi-welded Plates

Semi-welded plates are heat exchangers with one side sealed by laser welding instead of a synthetic rubber gasket.
On the welding side, since areas other than porthole parts are sealed by welding, they have excellent airtightness, heat resistance, and pressure resistance.

Fin Tubes

We have started handling the products of Katsukawa Thermal Engineering Co., Ltd. and HINO-TEC Co., Ltd.
Optimal design is possible with fins and plate arrangements that match the application, such as heating, cooling, dehumidification, and heat recovery of gases.

Double-lined Gasket Plates

The double-lined gasket structure prevents oxidation degradation in the inner gasket due to air, extending the gasket service life under high temperatures. In addition, even if fluid leaks from the inner plate gasket, the outer plate gasket prevents it from scattering outside the heat exchanger.

    High heat resistance has been achieved by adopting a double line and improved compound, and an improved gasket groove has enhanced seal pressure to ensure high pressure resistance.

Plate Condensers

These plate heat exchangers are exclusively for condensers. They have nearly twice the heat transfer performance as multi-tube heat exchangers, and can reduce pressure loss on the vapor side. They are most suitable for vacuum vapor condensation and gas cooling.

Compatible flow rates: Equal to φ330 (18000 m3/h) on the steam side, equal to φ170 on the water side

Plate Patterns (Corrugated)

The corrugated pattern of parallel waves has few contact points between heat transfer plates, and allows for even fluids with fiber or sludge content to flow without hardly blocking.

Applicable models: EX series

Dual Wall Plates

Since it has a double layer structure in which two heat transfer plates are stacked, the two fluids will not mix even if one heat transfer plate is damaged, and the leaked fluid will be discharged out of the heat exchanger through the gap between the plates.

BHE for Heating Baths

  • Although the pressure resistance and heat transfer performances of plate heat exchangers are secured by the contact points on the press grooves of the heat transfer plates, they might clogged by fibers and other unwanted materials. By adopting a plate pattern that eliminates contact points, we have developed a heat exchanger for heating baths that does not clog easily. In addition, a structure with no "contact points" can reduce pressure loss on the bath side, requiring less pump power.
