Our facilities consist of 5-axis horizontal type multi-functional processing machines, workpiece stockers, phase determination devices, and gantry robots capable of providing 24-hour continuous operation.
- Large size clamp-type inspection equipment

This equipment is mainly used for shell and seat leakage testing of 3-way and Y-type 3-way valves.
It can perform testing at a maximum of 600 A and maximum inspection pressures of 3 MPa for air pressure and 20 MPa for water pressure.

Environmentally friendly equipment
- Chip compressors

Chips discharged by machine tools are put into this equipment that removes approximately 98% or more of the oil content by use of pressurized grouping of chips and centrifugal deoiling machines. This equipment greatly reduces transportation costs and is environmentally friendly.
- Alkaline electrolytic water generating units

This equipment adds additives to strongly alkaline electrolytic water generated from tap water so that it can be used as water soluble cutting fluid.
Waste liquid exchange is not required as no putrid odors are generated as with conventional cutting oil, to provide sanitary environmentally friendly machine tools.
