Features
Hi-T seat ball valve can be used up to 300 ℃ and realized tight shut “Zero leakage”.
- This soft seat can be used up to a maximum operating temperature of 300 ℃ (at 1 MPa) by filled carbon in PTFE base material with high ratio.
- Low operation torque, high sealing performance, easy maintenance and availability of bi-direction (2-WAY), it has the same advantage as the general PTFE seat.
- Excellent cost performance compared to metal seat and carbon seat.
- Not restrict fluid direction (2-WAY).
- Realized long life with high creep resistance, maintains sealing performance even at high temperatures.
