This model is carbon seat ball valve with jacket, available to use for maximum operation temp. 400℃. And it’s adopted long bonnet design for gland part. It is suitable for keeping temp. application (hot & cold). It is suitable for high temp. fluid like heating oil.

  of ball fit with seat.
• It has high heat resistance performance, do not soften up at high
  temp. condition.
• Gland packing and body gasket are adopted material for high
  temp. service.

• By-directional design.
• Ball need to treat ultra precision, therefore do the polishing finish
  specially.
• un-necessary anti-static device, because carbon material is
  conductive.
• In case of fire trouble, ball seat is not burnt down.

This model is 1-way design, therefore please be careful about valve’s flow direction at time of piping work. Please check the pressurized direction when valve is closed, and adjust with valve’s flow direction. In case of mis-piping, happened seat leakage.
