This is a glossary of terms that are found in
drawings and catalogs when using your HISAKA product.

| Test pressure | Pressure that is applied during a pressure resistance test to check the soundness of the equipment after it has been manufactured This pressure is indicated on the nameplate and the element configuration diagram |

| Thrust bearing | A part that consists of a box and a bearing Normally inserted between the long bolt head and S. frame on large models, to reduce load when tightening. |

| Tightening bolts and nuts | A part used to fasten the S. frame, heat transfer plates, and E. frame, to maintain pressure inside the equipment When using a large model, or if there is a large number of heat transfer plates, it might be necessary to use both long and short bolts accordingly. |
