Corporate Governance

Basic Concept of Corporate Governance

HISAKA thoroughly considers the basic concept of corporate governance to be in the five basic functions of "rights of the stockholders," "equality between stockholders," "the relationship with stakeholders in corporate governance," "disclosure of information and transparency," and "the roles of the Board of Directors and auditors (the Board of Auditors)," and places the utmost priority on aiming to further improve our corporate values as well as constructing and maintaining a decision-making structure that can swiftly respond to changes in the management environment, as well as "fair management system" that puts focus on our stockholders among our numerous stakeholders. Moving forward, we will carry out more thorough compliance management, as well as continue to expand our internal controls system and promote construction of corporate governance systems.
