- (Retort sterilisation)Pouch food items
There are many various pouch food items, according to the material quality of the package, its size and shape, and its contents. Storage conditions and periods are also varied. After making a comprehensive judgement of all these factors, in order to find the optimal processing conditions for each product, we monitor its temperature, understand the way the container changes shape through testing, and perform data simulations to reach the optimal processing method and conditions.
- (Sterilisation)I.V. bags and bottles
I.V. formulations, injectable solutions and enteral nutrients are filled and sealed. Bags and bottles are required to keep their shape at drip infusion so as to maintain drainage characteristics while made from malleable materials that deform easily. By combining the optimal tray shape and structure, and by controlling pressure, we deliver products with superior drainage characteristics.
- (Solids sterilisation)Oven-fried white bait and other wet food items
Vacuum steaming at under 100°C allows for mild sterilisation which does not lose any flavour, extends durability and thus decreases the amount of spoiled products, and contributes to stable production.
- (Solids sterilisation)Dried hijiki, cooking spices and other food ingredients
In recent years, the use of processed food has been increasing in everyday dishes, and so have the opportunities to use dried foods and spices. By sterilising these ingredients with the high temperature short time process HTST, the flavour of the ingredients is kept and the bacteria count decreased, thus increasing the safety of processed food.
- (Liquids sequential sterilisation)Milk, desert bases
When quality degradation from heat is excessively high, and as heat-denaturated components often cause scaling, there are limits to what can be achieved with the plate method sterilising equipment in terms of product quality and sequential operationality. Spinjection is a direct steam heating method element that allows steam to instantaneously blend with the liquid, and improves both the quality and long-term operation.
- (Concentration)Cut drained fluid
Cut waste fluids require high concentration rates and decreased waste fluid amounts. At the same time, efficient use of energy is essential. In the concentration equipment, multiple effects and thermocompressors are combined effectively to save energy and reduce CO2.
- (Dyeing)Clothing (sports, outdoor, inner wear)
In order to increase the handling and functionality of the materials for clothing (sports, outdoor, inner wear), there is a tendency to use fine denier, which makes dyeing more difficult. It is essential that dyeing troubles and errors are prevented.
- (High-temperature hygrothermal)High-temperature hygrothermal processing equipment
Allows high-temperature high-pressure steam processing using saturated steam from high-pressure boilers (2.94 MPa). Organic materials are decomposed and modified, making it useful for roasting, vulcanisation, morphological stabilisation, and waste disposal.
