Original Facility and Equipment apparatus with HISAKA is developed and introduced.

They are development and introduction about equipment apparatus of a HISAKA no one but, such as a world's first 20,000 ton automatic Press Machine line, and a 40,000 ton precision Press Machine of the world's largest class, continuous Vacuum Heating Furnace.

In addition, it had various the newest equipment which supports a manufacturing process, and production of highly precise and quality product is realized.

Moreover, the latest technology which leads a time is sent at Dyeing and Food examination R&D Center.

First in the world, "20,000 ton Automatic Press Line" operation start (1 June, 2007)

The PHE products demand to expand is supported with "40,000 ton press line", "20,000 ton press line" and "4,000 ton automatic small plate press line.
They are introduction and operation the 20,000 ton automatic press line for large-sized PHE of the first in the world since Jun, 2007.
By this production line, 1.5 times productivity compare with conventional is realized.

Efficient production organization was established with the press line equipped with the automatic exchange system of a press metallic mold.
Moreover, at HISAKA, the highly efficient heat transfer plate is manufactured in the production organization which was consistent from a design to press processing.
And design of a metallic mold indispensable to metaled plastic processing technology and manufacture are also performed at our company.
The special technology enabled manufacture of a world's largest titanium plate with thickness 0.4-0.6mm, width of 1.3m and a length of 3.5m of which is playing an active part in the LNG plant.

The continuous vacuum furnace for demonstrating the latest Brazing technology

Brazing type Plate Heat Exchanger (BHE) carries out low attachment of what carried out the simultaneous laminating press of low material and stainless steel plates, such as copper and nickel, at a continuous vacuum furnace.

The capacity and productivity of this continuous vacuum furnace demonstrate that power to efficient production of BHE which is the world's largest class and was developed by the latest press technology and the Brazing technology of HISAKA.

Pressure vessel automatic welding technology

Development and automatic welding of a pressure vessel were first put in practical use for the high precision automatic welding machine for Stainless Steel in Japan.

Processing technical development which can respond new technology timely also at new material, such as addition and super stainless steel, is advanced to our company technology, and High Quality Food Machine and Dyeing and Finishing Machine are offered.

Efficiency Processing Machine (Intelligent Combined Processing Machine)

In manufacture of Ball Valve, shortening operation could be realized by introducing the efficiency processing machine of uninhabited operation for 24 hours.

It contributes to achievement for customer needs by using R&D Room for Food and Dyeing in the world.

Dyeing and Food machine field of HISAKA have grown considering "Collaboration with Customer" and "Acquisition in advance of Customer Needs" as a concept.
At Dyeing R&D Room, much processing technology of a fashion or New Synthetic Ffiber (Shin-Gosen) which exceeded the world is born.
From Food R&D Room, it corresponded to prohibition of food additive (antiseptic) promptly, and the cooking sterilization recipe used as foundation of many pouch-packed foods was transmitted..
HISAKA R&D Room is continuing growth as Dyeing and Food examination room in the world still now on.
